March is a month of transition. It is still winter but spring is nearby. In March I become a year older and enter a new stage of life. My mother’s birthday is also held in March. In the same month I celebrate my life I celebrate the life who gave it to me. Creation is held on the backs of women and sustained by their care diligence. March is Women’s History Month, a month to reflect on where women have been and where they going. History shows the transitions women have made on the quest for equality. I have invited three women this month to share their stories on womanhood. As much as I know and care about this topic I will never know what it means to be a woman in this society. It is my desire that my audience would engage with these stories with open hearts and open minds.
